So remember when I was all.....
Let's work out a millionty hours and whip our ass into shape?
And then I DID.....for 8 WEEKS!?
Well my friends....since that 8 week mark, I fell off the bandwagon a hair.
4 weeks to be exact.
Went a little lax on my eating habits.
Went from working out 5-6 days a week to 3-4.
No worries though, because a little challenge crossed my path this morning,
and it sparked my competitive side.
Holly from Where We Live Like Jack and Sally is starting an ab challenge.
She found it from The Petite Athleat and I'm jumping on the bandwagon.
It's called the 300/30 Ab Challenge and supposedly only takes 15 minutes.
I haven't actually started it yet, but I will. I WILL, I tell ya.
I will be working it into my weekly routine and bumping up my workouts again.
So here are some "before" pics of how I look today after I may or may not have admitted on Facebook to eating ice cream and hashbrowns for breakfast.
Sigh....things were so much TIGHTER a month ago!!
But that's life, and we're back into it!
So....join me, Holly, and everyone else in the clan and do it everyday most days with me as well!!
PS- I can already tell I'm going to cheat. How in the world you can do abs every day is beyond me...but I will try and shoot for 5-6x per week.
I may even add some kettlebell resistance in there for good measure.
In one month there will be another round of progress pics!
Plus...there is a chance to win some shit from Holly.
And I love free stuff.
I will win.
Okay, probably not....but it's a good motivator!
On a completely unrelated note, as I am home working today because my oldest bulldog has some ongoing spinal issues, I have come to realize my youngest bulldog is now afraid of crossing the threshold from the kitchen to the living room without assistance, and by assistance I mean dragging him by the collar to the next room.
