How 'bout a quickie?

Good morning people!

I have been made aware that the e-mail subscribers to this blog (all 4 of you...including myself) don't get the embedded videos.  I'm not really sure how to fix that so make sure you have clicked the 'LIKE' button on Gilded TBags Facebook page HERE to get the latest posts and see my shining, stuttering face.

Gilded also has a couple Pinterest boards:

One for all posts that are not fitness related HERE.

One for all posts that ARE fitness related HERE.

And one for all fitness related foods and drinks HERE.

Not my dog....just how I feel right now.

Sidetrack a tad....I wanted to confess to everyone a bit.  I'm tired.  Like...really tired.  Maybe not the worst I have ever been, but enough that I'm not sure concealer is hiding it well.  Motivating everyone else to workout is what is keeping me going.  It's motivating for me as well.  It is what forces me to actually get up when that DAMNED alarm clock goes off at 4:45am.  Helping others keeps me accountable.  Like...I really have wanted to get back into the ring a while ago, but kept finding excuses...it's too cold, too early, I don't feel good...I have so much going on....etc.  And all those excuses keep circling in my brain but I keep throat punching them away because I don't want to let you down.  It would be so cool, for me, if someone actually watched these videos and did the workouts in whatever format they feel comfortable, and actually saw results.  I have always loved teaching and helping people.  But I also have to make a living, and right now, that is most of my focus.  So using this blog as a platform to not only get myself into shape and drag a few of you along with me? That's the bees knees.

Also....my youngest pooper (not my orifice) Burn has been having some weird skin condition for a bit.  It's not debilitating or gross, but it's not getting better and I'm worried. Probably more than I should be because again, it's just a skin condition.  He has progressively lost most of his hair on his flanks...in a symmetrical pattern, and is a bit itchy, and I feel so bad.  It's progressed so much in the past month that it almost forms a "U" shape.  He doesn't seem to mind, but I can't stop staring at it.  I have researched the interwebs until I am blue in the face. We took him to the vet...they said he might have a combo bacterial and staph infection and gave us Cephalexin.  He has been on it for a month and hasn't improved.
We thought it could be a food allergy, so eliminated red meat, poultry, soy, and grain from his diet and placed him on a limited ingredient diet of salmon and herring...no grain, no soy, no other meat.  Just beans and other stuff like that.  Don't get me wrong....my dogs eat like kings.  We have always used the brand Innova and will continue to do so...they have actual ingredients that I can pronounce and understand.
We also have been using medicated shampoos, conditioners, and wipes, and I am DILIGENT about cleaning them and keeping their folds, teeth, and nails in top shape.
I'm at a loss.  I feel so guilty.  I can't fix my baby.
Bayou took him to a dermatologist specialist this morning....and I hope they can figure out what is going on.
Will keep you posted.

Tired TBag. Out.
